1. Face to Face Induction Sessions
All of our international teachers are welcome to a meet-and-greet induction session before the start of the academic year. Here, you have a chance to meet the team, get to know your fellow overseas teachers, and ask any questions you may have about your new role.
The induction session will cover a wide range of topics, including local school structure, behaviour management, lesson structure and what to expect from a typical school culture.

Our goal is to empower you to focus on what truly matters—supporting your students’ learning—while fostering a healthy work-life balance as you embark on this exciting new journey.
As well as our in-person inductions and guidance as part of your acclimatisation training, with Prospero Learning we offer a wide range of free and premium online courses, which can be taken at a time, place and pace which suits you. These courses include:
